The same numbers I say on the phone. No "book a call to find out," no custom-quote theater.

Straight answers on cost
How much does a contractor website cost?
From me: $4,500, once, and it's built around your real reviews, photos, and license. For comparison, contractor-specialist agencies charge $12,000–$26,000 to build, template mills charge $99–$500 a month forever without giving you ownership, and DIY builders run $20–$30 a month but every roofer in town gets the same template.
Why is the monthly plan separate from the build?
Because they do different jobs. The build is the machine; the $349 Grow plan is what keeps it earning — leads pushed to your phone in seconds, a monthly count of exactly what it sent you, hosting, edits, Google profile upkeep, and review asks. It's month-to-month. If you stop, you keep everything.
What does 'you own it' actually mean?
Your domain and every account — Google, hosting, analytics — are registered in your name from the first day. The site's code signs over when the final payment clears. If you ever leave, the whole thing goes with you: site, domain, content, rankings, reviews. Ask any other provider this exact question and watch them get fuzzy.
Are there setup fees or contracts?
No setup fees. No contracts — the monthly plans cancel anytime with 30 days' notice, by email. The build is half to start, half when you approve it. I take bank transfer, check, or card — bank transfer and checks get 3% off.
What if I just want to see where I stand first?
That's the free audit — a real 2-page report scoring where customers actually find you (Google, Yelp, your site) with exactly what to fix. Yours to keep whether or not we ever talk again.
Start where everyone starts: the free audit.
