Privacy

Short version: I'm a one-person studio in Menifee, CA, not an ad-tech company. Your information exists here to get you your audit and nothing else.

What I collect

If you request an audit, exactly what you type into the form: your name, phone, business name, and website. If you call or text, your number shows up on my phone like anyone else's. This site uses privacy-respecting analytics (page counts, not people) and no advertising trackers.

What I do with it

Send you the audit you asked for and follow up about it — once. That's it. You will never be added to a newsletter you didn't ask for, and your information is never sold, rented, or shared with anyone except the tools that deliver it to me (form processing and email).

What I keep

Audit requests and correspondence, so I have context if you come back next season. Ask me to delete your details and I will, same week — email or call and it's done.

Client sites

Sites I build and host for clients collect quote-request submissions on the client's behalf; those belong to the client, go directly to them, and are governed by their business practices. I retain delivery logs so clients can verify their lead counts.
