Terms of service
The plain-English version of how we work together. The signed proposal for your project is the controlling agreement; these terms fill in anything it doesn't cover. Questions? Call (909) 220-9060— you'll get me, not a queue.
What you're buying
Website design, development, hosting, and marketing services for your business, as described in the written proposal you sign before any work starts. Every engagement has a signed scope — no work, no charge, no surprises.
Payment
Builds are billed half to start, half at your approval. Monthly plans bill on the same date each month, month-to-month. Bank transfer (ACH) and checks earn a 3% discount off listed prices; cards are welcome at the standard price. Work on a build starts when the deposit clears; sites go live when the final payment clears. Past-due balances accrue 1.5% per month, and services on a monthly plan may pause after 10 days past due, on written notice.
Ownership
Your domain and every account (Google Business Profile, hosting, analytics, ad accounts) are registered in your name from day one — I never hold them. Full ownership of the site's code and design transfers to you at final payment of the build. If you cancel a monthly plan, you keep the site, the domain, the content, and everything they earned; credentials are handed over within 7 days.
Cancellation
Monthly plans are month-to-month and cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice — an email is fine. No cancellation fees, no phone-maze, no hostage hosting.
What I don't guarantee
No one can honestly guarantee rankings, lead counts, or ad-platform approval — Google and Meta change their rules without asking either of us. What I commit to is the work itself, delivered as scoped, with a monthly report that shows exactly what happened. Advertising spend is always paid by you, directly to the platforms, in accounts you own.
Liability
My total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid me in the 12 months before the claim, and neither of us is liable to the other for indirect damages such as lost profits or lost leads. You're responsible for the accuracy of the content, photos, and license information you provide.
Refunds
Deposits pay for the work of the first phase, which begins immediately, so they're refundable only to the extent work hasn't been performed. If I miss the mark, tell me — revisions are part of the build, and nothing goes live without your approval.
