What the audit found

  • The site footer read © iSearchByCity LLC — a company that isn't them
  • The About page returned a 404; the template dated to 2016 and didn't work on phones
  • Recent complaints were about scheduling and callbacks — an operations leak, not a quality problem

What I built instead

  • Their 39-year tagline — 'One call covers it all.' — set as the headline in a serif drawn from their own logo's letterforms
  • A trust strip of externally verifiable facts only: license years, permit count, bond, classifications
  • A lead system aimed at the actual leak: every quote request hits the owner's phone in seconds

The verifiable record was always strong. Now it's the pitch.
