What the audit found

  • The live site was serving placeholder images — literally a file called dummy.png, referenced 14 times — where photos should be
  • No H1 heading anywhere and no favicon; a 2-second server response
  • A 5.0-star reputation and 60 years of history invisible to anyone who Googled them

What I built instead

  • The brand on their work shirts became the site: their royal blue, their chrome logo, the real uniform photo as the hero
  • A year counter from 1962 — the proof is the history, so the design leads with it
  • Seniors-first craft for their actual customers: larger body text, big tap-to-call targets, plain-language FAQ
